Opens take the Div 2 Runners Up Patch at 2025 State Titles in Campbelltown

Hastings Opens trained extremely hard since February to ensure they prepared as best as possible to compete at State Titles. A broken down bus and a 9hr trip on Friday didn't interrupt their focus!

The team had to play 18 games across three days - all at the highest intensity netball. On Day 1 they dropped one game to Barellan who were a very strong team that included premier league players. On Day 2 they had two draws against Callaghan and ADF (invitational team) but they remained in contention for a top 2 spot. On Monday they played another 6 games and were undefeated with other results going their way!! Outright runners up!!

The team credits the win to the hard work in training and the team culture! HVNA is very proud of them and the role models they are in the association.
